Terms of use
dmclerk is a desk for shops that take orders by message. You keep the customer relationship. dmclerk keeps the ticket.
Your shop
You are responsible for the quotes you send, the prices you set, and the payment links you attach. dmclerk does not collect the customer’s payment.
Trial
Basic is $11.99 a month. Grow is $39.99 a month. Both include a 14-day trial. Billing is not connected on this preview.
Forwarding to your inbound address is how email orders become tickets. A brand From address, on Grow, is the name customers see when you reply. Until that address is confirmed, replies use the dmclerk domain.
